Monnarc Acting Academy is a professional acting school based in Amsterdam. We train actors using the Stella Adler technique, one of the most respected methodologies in the world, rooted in truth, imagination, and the given circumstances of the scene.
Our workshops and training programs are designed for adults who take the craft seriously. Whether you are new to acting or reconnecting with your training, Monnarc offers a rigorous and honest environment to develop your work.

The Teacher
Veronica Coronel.
Founder & Acting Teacher, Monnarc Acting Academy.
Verónica is an actress, theatre maker, and acting teacher. She trained for three years in the Fundamentals of Scenic Arts in Venezuela, and has spent the past seven years working as a teacher and director.
Her teaching is strongly inspired by Stella Adler's technique. She has worked with students at every level of experience and, as a director, has created and staged her own theatre productions.
She also brings acting experience across theatre, television, and film, including Así es la Química.

What Acting Really Is is a practical workshop exploring why some performances move us while others leave us untouched. Through guided exercises and short scene work, participants will experience what happens beneath the words and discover what makes a performance come alive.
The workshop is accessible for beginners, but also valuable for experienced actors who want to reconnect with the deeper foundations of the craft. A serious, practical introduction to acting through the Stella Adler technique.
